She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon A. Dellinger and Sarah Lois Russell Dellinger; her husband John Benton King (J. B.); and her sister Lois Calder. She is survived by: her children, Johnny King (Linda) of Hopkins, Ronnie King (Melissa) of West Columbia and Kathy King Sutton (John) of Sumter; her grandchildren, Christie King, Lisa McDowell (Shane), Kyle King, Harley King, Rylee King, Jason Sutton (Jenna) and Tyler Sutton (Allison); and her great grandchildren, Mary Harper, Rowe, Kinson Sutton, Bryson, Hudson, Makenzie McDowell, Swisher and Reid Sutton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (2827 Wheat St, Columbia, SC 29205). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
