Anne Creed Obituary
We announce the death of Anne Creed in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on July 31, 2026, at the age of 71. Anne will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Anne will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Anne’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nellie Watts Creed and Smyrl Alvin Creed; her daughter Madeleine Anne Smith (Clay); her grandchildren, Erik Hagan Smith and Lilija Elise Smith; her brother Robert Alvin Creed (Susan); her nephew Daniel Alvin Creed (Donna); and her nieces, Ellen Creed Branham (Forrest) and Marie Creed Ingle (Mark).
