He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Davis and Beatrice Davis; and his son Jason Davis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Davis; his daughters, Katherine Larson (Kitty) and Heather Davis-Morris; his grandchild Summerlyn Morris; and his siblings, Norma Horton and Alton Davis (Beth).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (845 Leesburg Rd, Columbia, SC 29209). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (845 Leesburg Rd, Columbia, SC 29209).
