It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Babette Ineatha Boston (Columbia, South Carolina), born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Benjamin Pleasant Boston, Sr. and Ineatha Gathers Boston; and her brothers, Osfred R. Boston and Benjamin P. Boston, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Theophila Boston Murray (Alphonso) of Richmond, VA; her sister-in-law Pamela Glover of Washington, DC; her aunts, Henrietta Fields of North Charleston, SC and Dora Evans of Clinton, Mississippi; and her uncle Ernest Gathers (Osie) of North Charleston, SC. She is also survived by cousins, relatives and friends.
