With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beth Cartledge Leaptrott (Columbia, South Carolina), who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John T. "Jack" Leaptrott, Jr.; her parents, Fred Cartledge and Julia Elizabeth Cartledge; and her siblings, Patricia Goodwin, Doris Cobb and Fred Cartledge.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Ruff (David) and John Thomas "Tommy" Leaptrott, III; her grandchildren, Joshua Leaptrott and Chelsea Leaptrott; her great grandchild King Batts; and her pets, Coleman and Mabel Ruff. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
