She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvis Cobb and Leola Joy Beer Cobb; and her brother Doug Cobb. She is survived by: her husband John D. Ruff; her children, Mike Garcia (Trish), Shelly Tanner (Michael), Sheila Ruff Ernest (Eric), David Ruff and Dina Ruff Bunke (Eric); her grandchildren, Rachel Tian (Roger), Gracie Rorie, Lily Garcia, Isabel Garcia, Lauren Steyne (Joseph), Emily Lacomba, Madeline Bunke, Jessica Ruff, Grayson Tanner and Ellie Tanner; her great grandchildren, Violet and Woody; and her siblings, Shirley Korpi, Velma Slaven and Leon Cobb.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Temples-Halloran Funeral Home (5400 Bush River Rd, Columbia, SC 29212). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 11:00 PM.
