He is survived by: his wife Tammy Rawls; his children, Billy Carl Rawls, Jr. (Deborah) of Columbia, Tammy Kinder (William) of Columbia, Jonathan Rawls of Columbia, Melissa Jones of Columbia and Katie McConnell (Mike) of Elgin; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Rawls, Billy Rawls, III, Amanda Kinder, Hannah Rawls, Emmalee Rawls, Sarah Rawls, Dylan McConnell, Aiden McConnell and Brianna Jones. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
