It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Earl Miller of Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Rass Miller and June Russell Miller; his son Derrell Allen Miller; his wife Betty Miller; his siblings, Bobby, Donald Miller and Joann Donaldson; and his grandson Ross Rikard.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Miller Rikard; his siblings, Clyde Miller (Doris), Myrtle Pennington (Wendell), Roger Miller and Peggy Waters (Sherm); his grandchildren, Ashley Miller, Miri Miller and Evan Rikard; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Rodney and Asher; and his friend Larry Branham.
