She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Johnston Stanley; her grandparents, George and Elizabeth Pyles Johnston; and her sister Mary Elizabeth Stanley. She is survived by: her husband Grover "Bucky" Brown; her children, Michael Brown and Sara Richardson (Chris); her grandsons, Tyler Richardson and Parker Richardson; her siblings, Sharon Scruggs (Mike), Pat Gwyn (Jay), Karen Rippey (Dean), Steve Johnston and John Randall Stanley (Lisa); and her uncles, Jay, Allen and Sonny Johnston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
