Caroline Connelly Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2026, at the age of 78, Caroline Connelly of Columbia, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband John Shay Parker; her parents, Alta McGill and William McPherson McGill Jr.; and her siblings, Charles Wakefield McGill, William McPherson McGill III and Suzanne Danilowicz.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Connelly; her daughters, Caroline S. Parker and Jeanette Soo Me Parker; her grandchildren, Caroline Frankie S. Blakeney and Stacy Parker; her stepson Ron Connelly (Lisa); and her siblings, Meredith McGill (Patricia), Lloyd, Mary Jane McGill, Jeanette Macchiaverna (Frank) and Nancy DeMuth (Donald). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
