She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry William Guilford and Emily Fogartie Guilford; her husband John R. Cobb; her sister Emily Keogh; and her stepmother Mazie Herndon Guilford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Gillan Wittfeld and Allison Cobb Sims; and her brothers, Harry William "Billy" Guilford and Robert M. Guilford. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
