He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Frederick Shipley, Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Frances J. Shipley; his wife Kaye Hempley Shipley; his stepdaughter Sydney Bumgarner of Columbia; his son Frederick Shipley, IV (Vanessa) of Lexington, SC; his brothers, Michael J. Shipley (Renee) of Satsuma, AL and Richard M. Shipley (Dee) of Tavares, FL; and his nieces, Jennifer Shipley Kyzer (Blake) of Satsuma and Erin Shipley Rutledge (Conor) of Gulf Shores, AL. He is also survived by relatives, friends.
