He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Whitfield Lott Sr. and Grace Hammond Lott; and his son-in-law Frank Schumpert. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Boylston Lott; his children, Claude W. Lott III, Alan Lott and Vicki Schumpert; and his brother Glen Lott. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
