He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Howard Wentworth and Evelyn Bartlett Wentworth; his sisters, Georgia Hoffman (Al) and Evelyn Lake (Jack); and his brothers-in-law, Derald Wright (Janet) and Mike Duncan.

He is survived by: his wife Patty Wright Wentworth; his children, Dirk Burris (Kimmie), Ty Wentworth (Monica) and Woodie Wentworth (Nino); his grandchildren, Krystal Young, Rian Burris, Karmyn Wentworth, Kylie Wentworth, Chloe Wentworth, Quinn Wentworth and Ty Wentworth II; his great grandchildren, Jayden Young and Kayleigh Young; his siblings, Howard Wentworth (Barbara) and Helen Hurff (Burt); and his niece Laura Forte.
