He was predeceased by: his wife RosAnn Canady; his parents, Louis Canady and Allie Mae Canady; his brothers, Don Canady, Dennis Canady and Devane Canady; his stepson Albert Boltman; and his great grandchild Ryan Lee Khan.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Ann Canady, Mark Allen Canady (Angela) and Dana Lee Stilwell (JohnWayne); and his siblings, Duane Canady (Vickie), Lula Mae Adams and Belinda Davis. He is also survived by his 13 grandkids, 17 great-grandkids and one great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
