He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Cochran and Geraldine Ashmore Cochran; his brother Michael Keith Cochran; and his mother-in-law Betty Edge Cashwell. He is survived by: his children, David Michael Cochran (Christie), Shannon Leigh Cochran Butler, Tiffany Nicole Rouse and James Chesley Rouse; his grandchildren, Evan, Emma, Madison, Kensley and Aubrey; and his siblings, James Everette Cochran and Janet Lynn Blow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
