He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron K. Biddle and Ruth Biddle. He is survived by: his wife Edie Biddle; his children, Michael Biddle and Michaelle Biddle (Erin Burns); and his siblings, Larry Biddle (Helen) and Anne Focht.
He was especially proud of his contributions to the community and his work in the Mental Health Services Division of the South Carolina Department of Mental Health, where he served from February 1982 until February 2000.
