He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Lipsi and Margery Lipsi. He is survived by: his wife Neusa Van Tol Lipsi; his daughters, Priscilla (Stephen Johnson), Margaret (Seth Rogers) and Raquel (Andrew Douglas); and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Gabriella, Isabel, Lydia and Jedidiah.
