He was predeceased by: his father Angelo Anthony Kokolis; and his brothers, Nicholas A. Kokolis and Anthony A. Kokolis. He is survived by: his sister Kiki A. Scharff (Kokolis) of Dayton. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
