He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Foxworth and Maybel Foxworth; and his siblings, Shirley, Betty, Darrel, Billy and William.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma N. Foxworth; his children, Brian Foxworth (Christina), Lisa Foxworth and Susie Campbell (Michael); his grandchildren, Cass Foxworth, Seth Boone (Elizabeth Filaseta Boone), Megan Foxworth and Ella Pearl Campbell; and his great grandchildren, David, Henry and Rowan Filaseta-Boone. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
The family respectfully requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Northside Baptist Church West Campus, or other ministries of your choice, in honor of Don's lifelong commitment to serving.
