He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Osborne Terrell; his stepfather Clyde Reid; and his sister Wendy Johnston. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Stoudemire Reid; his siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Osborne Terrell, Jr. of Lexington, Amy Proctor (Danny) of Lexington and Patrick Reid of Lexington; his siblings' children, Brian Terrell, Jacob Proctor (Carmon), Justin Proctor (Brenda), Stephanie Nelson (Mikey), Jake Proctor and Madison Reid; and his great-nephews, Elijah Price, Jacob Terrell and Malachi Johnston.
