She is survived by: her sons, Charles O. Proctor, Jr. (Anna) and Bryan Scott Proctor; her grandchildren, Scotty Proctor (Alana), Amanda Proctor, Wyatt Poe, Michele Proctor and Charles O. Proctor, III; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmilib Harrison, Ray Campbell and Wayne Bodie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
