He was predeceased by: his parents, Elver Raymond Grant, II and Cora Elizabeth Boag Grant. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his granddaughters, Bari Lee Grant and Lori Jayne Bridges (Bill); his son Bryan R. Grant (Stacey); his stepson Michael Todd Raines (Julie); his grandchildren, Bailey Elizabeth Bridges (Dustin Guyton), Taylor Bishop Bridges, Blake Owen Bridges (Kathy Harvey), John Mark Grant and Will Bryan Grant; his great grandchildren, Kadence Guyton and Hazel Jayne Bridges; and his pets, Trouble and Mazie.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Greenlawn Baptist Church (6612 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29209).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse, Columbia Humane Society, or to the Greenlawn Baptist Church Piano Fund.
