He is survived by: his wife Christine Fowler; his daughters, Christie Gerald Derrick (Karl) and Linda Gerald Plisco (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Krystal Derrick Graham (Mitchell), Jennifer Plisco Langhals (John) and Michael Liston Plisco; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Graham, Rachel Graham, Emily Graham, Rylan Langhals and Ezra Langhals.
