Rolando Rodriguez Jr lit a candle

“The Rodríguez family (from Pa &NJ) will greatly miss Estela. I am the son of Rolando Rodriguez Sr (son of Daer & Lilia) who is the first cousin of Estela. When my father came from Cuba in 1962 Estela let my father stay in her apartment in Miami for a few months. He never forgot that act of kindness and he has told all of us kids. She was an incredibly kind and generous woman. I appreciated seeing Estela at all our reunions and family gatherings. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.”

She and John would come to visit us in the Tampa Bay area and always had a gift for everyone. She was so generous and always had a smile on her face. She talked about her children and grandchildren and told me about our cousins in Spain. She wanted to get to know all her family, even distant family members. I will miss those those visits.
