McCarthy (Michael); his grandchildren, Joshua G. Appleman (Ashlee), Kaelyn J. McCarthy and Michael McCarthy, Jr.; his great grandchild Elias G. Appleman; his sister-in-law Sarah Appleman; and his nieces, Cindy Lynn Appleman and Anna Appleman.
