With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Powell Jr. (Columbia, South Carolina), who passed away on March 18, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Osborne Powell and Marjorie Davis Powell; and his mother-in-law Ruth Cleckner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Powell; his sons, Gene Powell, III (Heidi), Scott Powell (Robin) and John Powell; his grandchildren, Rebecca Powell, Rachel Powell, Callie Powell, Winter Snowzell (Sol), Anna Grace Powell, Jon Regan Powell, Tradd Powell and Grayson Powell; and his nephew Gennaro Moscato.
