She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Qualls and Cora Lee Robinson Qualls. She is survived by: her children, William A. Eichelberger of Irmo, SC, Roderick E. Eichelberger, Sr. of Irmo, SC, Valencia Morton (Gene) of Columbia, SC, Juliet K. Eichelberger of Columbia, SC and Paula E. Wright (Corey) of Irmo, SC; her sisters, Marietta Bates of Cleveland, Vivian Willis of Columbia, SC, Pearlye Harrison of Columbia, SC and Betty Downing of Orangeburg, SC; Benjamin Qualls of Texas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pearson's Funeral Home (4508 N Main St, Columbia, SC 29203). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at the Saint Peter's Baptist Church (7910 Broad River Rd, Irmo, SC 29063).
