We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2023, at the age of 91, Frances Rodes Scarpas (Columbia, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Rodes and Katherine Kirlakowsky Rodes; her husband George Scarpas; and her siblings, George Rodes, Greg Rodes and Lillian Schurian.

She is survived by: her daughter Stacie Koutrakos (George); her grandchildren, Nicholas Koutrakos (Summer), Stephanie Koutrakos-Simoni (Elton) and Peter Koutrakos (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Leo Koutrakos, Pano Koutrakos, Mariella Simoni, Sebastian Simoni, Georgia Koutrakos and Sophia Koutrakos; and her goddaughter Patricia O'Neill.
