He is survived by: his father Ernest Lowry; his wife Cynthia Blayton Lowry (Cindy); his son Richard Lowry (Erin); his granddaughter Scarlet Quinn Lowry of Columbia; his siblings, Dianne Stephens, Susan Bertram (Jack), Josie Davis (Tommy) and Ernie Lowry (Allison); and his mother-in-law Marice Waddell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
