It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis P. Garrison (Columbia, South Carolina), who passed away on May 5, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brother Albert Cullen; his mother-in-law Geraldine Skardon; and his brother-in-law Bill Carroll. He is survived by : his wife Betty Skardon Garrsion; his children, Patrick Garrison, Jr. (Kaitlyn) and Elizabeth S. Garrison; his sisters, Ann Locklier (Bo) and Jill Carroll; his father-in-law James W. Skardon; and his sisters-in-law, Sally Skardon, Dotty Kolb (Wade) and Genny Shelley (Allen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Martin's In-the-Fields Episcopal Church Building Fund, 5220 Clemson Ave., Columbia, SC 29206.
