He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Wigfall Tolen; his daughters, Marie Ann Tolen Cannon and Betty Ann Tolen; his siblings, Bertha Mae Jennings (Debra Bosket), Ike Tolen and Tony Tolen; and his granddaughter Alyce T. Jay.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Wigfall, Rita Tolen Foster, Chrystal Vinson, Brenda Tolen, Precious Edmond, Tawanda Edmond, Frank Tolen III and Lance Edmond; and his siblings, Johnny Tolen, Mike Tolen of Calvin Tolen, E. T, Patsy Williams, Molly Cannon, Elizabeth Walker and Sara Tolen.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel.
