He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maggie, Pendleton Watkins, John and Lorena Hurst. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Clark Hurst (Rick) and Sandra Louise Watkins Hurst; his wife Beth Ann Hurst; his daughters, Susan Lee and Sophia Grace; his siblings, Graham Hurst (Ginny), Garrett Hurst (Anna) and Hannah Liberti (Josh); his nieces, Arden Louise and Piper Elisabeth Hurst; and his nephew Pendleton Kent Hurst.

Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church in memory of Gabriel Webber Hurst.
