It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Sewell Roberson of Columbia, South Carolina, born in Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on April 29, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Connie Roberson and Helen Sewell Roberson; and his brother Richard "Dick" Roberson. He is survived by: his wife Carmen K. Roberson; his daughters, Coulter R. Templeton (Craig), Ashley "Asha" Roberson (Keith) and Erica Roberson Applegate; his grandchildren, Savannah, Nathaniel, Garrison, Hayden Grace and Bella; his brother Kelley C. Roberson; and his pet Sophie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sandhills Community Church Benevolence Fund ("Feed the Flock") A livestream of the service will be available at http://www.sandhillschurch.org.
