He is survived by: his wife Pamela McNeill Lanham Scoff; his former wife Gloria Silvernail; his children, Missy, David Charles Scoff (Jacquie), Marisa (Spencer Churchhill) and Ellen Therese Midden (Buz); his grandchildren, Micah and Faith; his son Caleb James; his great grandchild Abel Ellis John James; his sons, Stephen Joseph Scoff and John Paul Scoff; his daughter-in-law Sarah Blazer; his daughter Lena; his grandson Hudson; his son Robert Edward "Robby"; his grandsons, Noah and Nathan; his daughter Michele Andre'; his granddaughter Lily; his niece Beth Ann Mattern Luke (Scott); his nephew Michael Mattern; his stepson Creighton Marc Lanham; Andrea, Reid, Ellis Lanham, Allen, David McNeill and Larry Perkins.
