She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Rogers Patrick and Mary Lou Love Patrick; her husbands, W. L. Welch, Jr. and Albert Louie Winter, Jr.; and her stepchildren-in-law, Debbie Winter, Melanie Howard and Paul Howard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Whitesides (Joel) of Rock Hill, SC, Jeannie Fuller (Chip Fuller) of Columbia and Pam Carr; her grandchildren, Mary Frampton Whitesides, Emily Catherine Bowen (Jake), John Fuller (Mallory), Caroline Fuller, Matthew Carr (Jeanne) and Catherine Tekac (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Beau Bowen, Millie Blake Bowen, James Carr and Esther Carr; her stepsons, Rev. Robert Winter (Ann) and Steve Winter (Stacy); and her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Winter (Alice), Michael Winter (Danni), Keith Winter (Lauren), Katherine Coleman (Trey) and Katelyn Howard.
