He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Elkins; his sister Sandra Elkins Martin; his daughters, Susan Hux (Lee) and Cynthia Palmer (Tom); his grandchildren, Brandon Burton (Tara), Megan Fuerte (Jaime), Ryan Elkins (Amanda), Kayla Elkins-Cooper (Justin) and Maggie Hux (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Dean, Nicolas, Annalise and Julianna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
