He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Noyes and Ellen Noyes. He is survived by: his wife G. Janet Pelton; his children, Larry Noyes (Kimberly), Deborah Cromer (Allen), Karen Justus (Vince) of Castleton, NY and Steven Noyes (Paula); his sister Carol Jean Noyes of Scotia; and his sisters-in-law, Delores Crowley and Helen Crounse of Guilderland. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
