He is survived by: his wife Linde Breedlove; his sons, John Breedlove (Vivian) and Bill Breedlove (Melanie); his grandchildren, Amanda Burgess (Griffin), Talley Breedlove and Mary Breedlove (Tiger Beard); his great grandchildren, Hunter Burgess and Hallie Burgess; and his brother Richard Breedlove.
