She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Albert and Inez Hamby Hunt; and her siblings, Thomas A. "Tommy" Hunt, Jr. and James H. "Jimmy" Hunt. She is survived by: her sibling Gayle Hunt McCarty; her husband John Franklin; her sons, David James Riser (Maria) and Benjamin Wayne Riser (Emily); her stepdaughters, Mary Holland and Lisa McGowan (Todd); and her grandchildren, Merideth Ann Riser, Winston Wayne Riser, Franklin McGowan, Isabel McGowan, Lila Holland and Simon Holland.
