She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Harrell and Laura Lee Harrell; and her husband William H. Hale. She is survived by: her sons, Tom (Dru) of Social Circle and Barry (Kim) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Travis, Hunter (Murray), Conor (Teva), Bennett, Kirsten (Austin) and Jackson; and her great grandchildren, India-Rae and Arthur.
In lieu of flowers, Helen requested donations be made to the Missions Ministry at Shandon Baptist Church, 5250 Forest Dr, Columbia, SC 29206.
