She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Boeshaar and Ruth Boeshaar (Kennedy); her stepmother Jane Boeshaar; her parents-in-law, George and Helen Fox; her sister Nancy Wentworth; her siblings-in-law, Steve Wentworth, Elinor Bewick and Barbara Spehr; and her nephew Mark Spehr.
She is survived by: her husband George F. Fox; her children, Ruth Fox, Sarah Shinsky (Floyd) and George "Trey" F. Fox, III (Errin); her brother Bill Boeshaar (Patricia); her brother-in-law Tom Bewick; her grandsons, Matthew Shinsky (Gabby), George "Chase" F. Fox, IV (Jillian), Jacob Shinsky, Logan Fox and Hunter Fox; and her great grandchild Ayvia Kelsey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a great-great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grace United Methodist Church (410 Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC 29212). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Grace United Methodist Church, or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
