He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Baker and Frances Baker; his wife Susan Kay Parker Baker; and his brother Ellis Carson Baker. He is survived by: his siblings, Zola Green of Centerville, Ohio, Kennith A. Baker of Columbia and Susan Wick of Columbia. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Jones Creek Baptist Church (69 Jones Creek Loop NW, Ludowici, GA 31316).
