He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Taylor Turner; his sons, Philip Turner (Stella) of Columbia, SC and Michael Turner of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Grant Turner and Collynn Turner of Columbia, SC; his sister Sherry Tadlock of Eastover, SC; his niece Allison Jackson of Eastover, SC; and his great-nephew Cameron Jackson of Eastover, SC..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel (7600 Trenholm Rd Ext, Columbia, SC 29223).
