He is survived by: his children, Jackie Carroll (William), Samuel Gregory Mickelsen (Jackie) and Jonathan McSwain (Jenn); and his siblings, Frankie T. Bone, John Thomas (Linda), Nelson Thomas and William Thomas (Peaches). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild.
