He is survived by: his wife Thelma Egister Clavon of Columbia, SC; his sons, James Rody Clavon of Columbia, SC and Phillip Brandon Clavon (Katrina) of Atlanta, GA; his stepdaughter Kendra Clavon of Princess Anne, MD.; his sisters, Louise Wallace, Gertrude Major, Ruby Williams, Rebecca Major (Marion), Deloris Wright (Samuel), Shirley Morrel and Ruth Ann Wilson (Timothy); his sister-in-law Annie Clavon of Plantation, FL; his brothers, Benjamin Clavon, Jr. (Mary), Nathaniel Clavon (Rozenia), Timothy Clavon and Joe Nathan Clavon (Barbara); his siblings-in-law, Rody Egister (Patricia), Rosetta Egister Ross of Columbia, SC and April M. Egister Mendes of Brockton, MA; and his grandchildren, Laila Grace Clavon, Emerie Rose Clavon of Atlanta, GA, James Grayson Clavon of Blythewood, SC and Darien Thompson of Princess Anne, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
