He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Henry Elliott and Ouita Hickman Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Juliet Cave Elliott (Julie); and his children, James Scott Elliott (Gina) of Sandy Run and Jennifer Elliott Williams (Lex) of Lexington.
