She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Bardy and Maude Watts Cox; and her siblings, N. J. Cox, Bonnelle Harreleson, Princess Anne Gentry, Linwood Cox, Bobby Cox and Sara Lynn Olson.
She is survived by: her husband Lester J. Blackwell, Jr.; her daughter Blair Holloman (Hal) of Greenville, NC; her grandchildren, Luke (Taylor), Zeke, Jessie and Maggie; and her siblings, Carolyn Stimens of Columbia, SC and Roger Cox of Murrells Inlet, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the library of First Baptist Church.
