She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Parker Russ and Joanna Olene Best Russ; her husband Jesse A. Cox; and her son Russell Cox. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela C. Elkins (Tommy); her grandsons, Edward, Hunter, Harmon and Baker; her great grandchild Eden; and her brother Henry "Uncle Bud" Russ (Angie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel (3926 Devine St, Columbia, SC 29205). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (845 Leesburg Rd, Columbia, SC 29209).
