It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Lee Ackerman of Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Ackerman and Marilyn Ackerman; his stepfather C. Jack Carpenter; and his sister Kathy Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ackerman; his sons, Jason Ackerman (Lekena) and Justin Ackerman (Megan); and his siblings, Greg Ackerman (Shellie), Tony Ackerman (Coconut) and Karen Carpenter. He is also survived by seven grandsons.
